Websites, explained.

Most builds ship in 2 to 4 weeks. A focused brochure site sits at the shorter end. A larger build with CMS, blog, and bespoke booking flows sits at the longer end. We agree the scope and the date on the discovery call. If something needs to slip, we tell you the same day.

Builds start from £2,500 one-time. Most property sites land between £2,500 and £6,000 depending on page count and CMS scope. Hosting and care after launch is £49 a month and covers Vercel hosting, domain, SSL, monthly content edits, and a direct line to us for tweaks.

We write it. Copy is included on every build, written from a brief discovery interview with you. You review and tweak. If you have an in-house writer or strong existing copy you want to keep, we drop the copy line item and discount the fee.

Next.js on Vercel. We add Sanity or Contentful for content management when there is a blog or property feed to maintain. Resend handles transactional email, and we wire your enquiry forms straight into your inbox. Stack choices are explained on the discovery call.

Yes. Full ownership. We hand over the GitHub repo, the Vercel project, the domain, and every credential. If you ever want to move the site to a different agency or take it in-house, you can do it the same afternoon. The retainer is earned, not enforced.

Every build ships with the technical foundation done. Lighthouse 95+, schema markup, sitemap, semantic HTML, fast Core Web Vitals. That gets you on a level playing field. Ongoing rankings then come from content. We can include a content plan in the build, or hand it to your in-house team.

Yes. Most of our work is redesigns. We audit your current site, your content, your traffic, and your enquiry flow first. Then we either rebuild from scratch on Next.js, or refit your existing stack if it is already a clean foundation. We will tell you which honestly.
